Choosing to start therapy is a uniquely personal decision. Clear practicalities help you decide quickly, without pressure.
Counselling Session length: Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
Delivery: Online via secure video. In-person sessions can be arranged by advance agreement. This could be at your home, workplace, or other suitable location.
Frequency: I typically recommend a minimum of 12 sessions for meaningful work, and we can review this together around session 6. You can of course finish at any time.
Typical starting point: Within 1–2 weeks (subject to availability).
Clinical assessment (pre-counselling): £150.00
Individual online counselling session: £150.00 per session
Individual in-person counselling: £ by agreement per session

Payment is due in advance via bank transfer, and you will receive a receipt or invoice on request.
Counselling is confidential, but there are a small number of legal/ethical exceptions (for example, serious risk of harm to yourself). If this ever became relevant, I would aim to discuss it with you first, wherever possible.
