Confidential, Personal Counselling And Psychotherapy For People In Senior, Sensitive, Or High-Pressure Roles
I’m a London based counsellor with a focus on supporting individuals in senior, high-responsibility, high-pressure, and leadership roles.
My training in mental health, counselling and psychotherapy, combined with my background in the Armed Forces and years of experience in corporate and high-stress environments, has given me a deep, practical understanding of the pressures faced by those in senior and high-responsibility positions.
I work only with adults, and offer one-to-one, private online counselling tailored to the complex pressures of high-responsibility lives. Face-to-face sessions can be arranged at your home or workplace by prior arrangement.
Drawing on both psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, I provide a confidential, client-centred space where we can explore what's going on beneath the surface, helping you navigate both immediate concerns and the deeper emotional patterns that may be shaping them.
My style is curious, open to possibility, exploratory, and non-judgmental.

It's common for successful individuals to feel unable to discuss their stress, doubts, or personal struggles openly with colleagues, friends, or family, fearing they will appear weak or undermine their authority. Personal counselling offers a safe, neutral, and confidential environment to explore these thoughts without judgement or risk.
Being a decision maker can be relentless and emotionally draining. Counselling helps process the emotional toll of responsibility, manage overwhelm, and develop healthier coping strategies — so leaders can perform at a high level without burning out.
High pressure roles often involve long hours, high stakes, and blurred boundaries between personal and professional life. Counselling and psychotherapy help identify early signs of burnout and rebalance work-life demands before your mental and/or physical health is compromised.
Being in control isn’t just about strategy — it’s about emotional intelligence. Counselling strengthens self-awareness, emotional regulation, and reflective thinking, which improves decision-making and interpersonal relationships.
Successful people often find themselves facing identity-related challenges. Counselling offers a structured space to make sense of these transitions and find renewed clarity or direction.
When counselling is provided by someone who has lived experience of high-pressure roles, clients can feel deeply understood. It can build trust quickly and offers relevant, grounded support.
