As a leader, the pressure to perform is constant. Balancing the demands of high-stakes decision-making, career advancement, and personal well-being can feel overwhelming. But you don’t have to carry this weight alone.
I offer one-to-one private counselling tailored to the unique challenges faced by those in executive roles. Combining psychodynamic and humanistic approaches, I create an integrative and client-centered environment where we can work together to address both the immediate challenges and the underlying emotional dynamics that may be at play.
My professional training, Armed Forces background and extensive experience of working in corporate environments, gives me a unique understanding of the stresses experienced by those with high-level responsibility.
